The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel quality and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also treated to a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 117 is the perfect choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two, and a maximum of 3 people. The apartment, despite its small size of 29m2, meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, directly opposite a large SMART TV, and a small, fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which comfortably accommodates morning breakfast or any other meal. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation, providing everything needed for a several-day stay. Additional space includes a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

The Nadmotławie 117 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town, we will be continuously accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenements of the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage that accommodates vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
