Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. The separate room is an impressive bathroom equipped with a freestanding bathtub. The bathroom is glazed, but thanks to easy-to-use curtains, it can be made fully private. The Nadmotławie 154 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. Although the neighborhood is only beginning its revitalization, the route to the Old Town is continuously accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s common area - consisting of a children’s playroom, gym, and a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The parking garage also permits entry for cars with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The rental cost of a parking space is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
