Nadmotławie 154 is the ideal choice for a very romantic and yet extremely comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Apartment number 154 is a hotel room of the highest class. It is stylishly furnished and fully air-conditioned. Ceilings over 3 meters high add extra comfort. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. Comfortable, large bed, across from it an appropriately sized SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a table with comfortable armchairs, which will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation, containing everything needed for a multi-day stay. A separate room features an impressive bathroom, equipped with a free-standing bathtub. The bathroom is glazed, yet thanks to convenient curtains, it can be fully intimate. The apartment also has a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drinks.
Apartment Nadmotławie 154 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization process, throughout the walk to the Old Town, we will continuously be accompanied by the sight of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a subterranean garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
