Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Nadmotławie 5 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Our apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a spacious dresser. In the living room, we find a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a SMART television. In addition, a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment of course includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The Nadmotławie 5 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installation to enter. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a place in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
