The apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also pleasantly surprised by the welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 5 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Our apartment meets the requirements of the most discerning. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a spacious chest of drawers. In the living room, there is a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a television with SMART functionality. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The apartment Nadmotławie 5 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the vicinity of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town, we will be continuously accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.

One great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the area is included in the apartment price.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zl/hour, 40zl/day.
