The Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also makes our Guests' stay more enjoyable.
Nadmotławie 73 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a maximum 4-person family. Despite its small size (39m2), the apartment meets the requirements of even the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. A living room connected with a kitchenette. Additionally, a bathroom with a large shower. Extra space is provided by a sizable balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 73 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment’s neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continually enjoy views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building’s common area—which includes a children’s playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows vehicles up to a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
