Nadmotławie 73 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a maximum of a family of 4. Despite its small size of 39m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. The living room is connected to the kitchenette. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a large shower. An extra space is provided by a sizable balcony – perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. 

The apartment Nadmotławie 73 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, and tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, allowing entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows access for cars with LPG installation. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The rental cost for a place in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
