The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. In addition, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, well-scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 83 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Although the apartment is small, at 30m2, it meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and every other meal. Cooking is enabled by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay.
The Nadmotławie 83 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization phase, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by views of the river, yacht marina, and Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared zone of the building – consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spots in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
