Nadmotławie 83 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a sofa bed. In this small space there is room for a table with chairs, which will comfortably accommodate morning breakfasts and other meals. Preparing food is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette that has everything needed for a several-day stay. 

The Nadmotławie 83 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, marina, or the tenements of the Old Town will accompany us along the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. The use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits access for vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
