Opposite is a TV with cable channels and Smart TV functionality, providing comfortable relaxation and entertainment. The living room also features a comfortable armchair and a coffee table.

• From the living room, you can step out onto a private balcony with garden furniture. It is a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

• The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with essential appliances: microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, electric kettle, as well as a set of dishes and cutlery. Next to it is a round dining table with four chairs, ideal for shared meals. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.

• The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe with a mirror, and bedside tables with lighting. The bright interior and subtle decorations contribute to a peaceful rest.
