ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The 42 m² apartment has been furnished in an elegant, bright style with subtle golden accents, creating a cozy yet modern space ideal for both a short city break and a longer stay. The interior has been designed for up to 4 persons, providing comfortable relaxation and functional solutions for couples, families or business travelers.

• The heart of the apartment is the air-conditioned living area, furnished in an elegant, bright style with subtle golden accents. The comfortable lounge area is equipped with a SMART TV, and a spacious glass wardrobe adds lightness and a modern character to the interior.

• The kitchenette is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, allowing convenient preparation of both quick snacks and full meals. Right next to it there is a table with comfortable chairs, which is perfect for shared meals, morning coffee or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared.

The apartment offers two bedrooms separated by a glazed wall that can be completely closed, allowing privacy and flexible arrangement of the space.

• The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and two stylish armchairs forming an intimate relaxation area.

• The second bedroom also ensures comfortable rest thanks to another double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a calm, harmonious decor.
• Guests have at their disposal a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The whole has been designed with attention to detail and functionality, offering a high standard of finish, comfort of use and a coherent aesthetic. For guests we have prepared hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The apartment is air-conditioned.

The building has an underground, paid parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" (PLN 5 per hour), however the availability of spaces depends solely on the parking operator.

In the neighboring building there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area and a jacuzzi available for PLN 150 / 1.5 h. An advance reservation is required, which together with payment must be made at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment's location is unique. Stepping out of the building you will encounter pleasant views. The river, the historic townhouses of the Old Town and the historic crane Żuraw. On the ground floor of the neighboring building you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store and the popular evening meeting place club SASSY.
