Granaria A608 is a spacious, two-level apartment located in the heart of Gdańsk, within a prestigious development on Spichrzów Island. It has been designed with the comfort and convenience of up to 8 people in mind, making it perfect for family vacations or stays with friends. 

On the first floor of the apartment, there is a cozy bedroom with a large double bed measuring 160x200 cm. Next to it is a spacious living room with a comfortable, fold-out sofa and a modern kitchenette, fully equipped with all necessary appliances. There is also an elegant bathroom with a shower and an additional, separate toilet, greatly enhancing the comfort of the stay.

On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed 160x200 cm. The spacious corridor has been arranged as a relaxation zone with an additional fold-out sofa, which can serve as extra sleeping space. The entire apartment is decorated in a modern, bright style with attention to detail and guest comfort. Large windows provide access to natural light, and carefully selected accessories create a cozy, homely atmosphere.

The apartment has a comfortable bathroom with a shower and toilet and an additional, separate toilet, ensuring convenience during stays with more guests.

Next door in the building, there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage zone, as well as a jacuzzi payable at 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required, which, together with payment, must be made at the reception of Prana SPA in the Radisson hotel.

​The building operates an underground, paid parking garage "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), with availability depending solely on the parking operator.​

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2024, which is part of the most important Gdańsk investment in recent years. The location of the apartment is unique. Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town townhouses, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot club SASSY.
