Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasing, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are the standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Granaria B45 is a stylish, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment located in a wonderful location. Its distinguishing feature, besides stylish finishes and a sense of space, is its location. 45 square meters guarantees a comfortable stay for two and a maximum of four people. A cozy bedroom area, pleasant living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette, large glazing, a bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony providing outdoor space — an ideal place for morning coffee.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage. The space is available for an additional fee of 80 PLN per day.

Guests have access to a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and jacuzzi for an additional fee of 150 PLN for 1.5 hours in the adjacent building. Advanced booking, along with payment, must be made at the Deo Plaza building reception.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in 2020, which is part of Gdańsk's most significant investment in recent years. The location of the apartment is one of a kind. Stepping out of the building leads to pleasant views. The river, historic tenements of the Old Town, or the historic crane Żuraw. On the ground floor of the building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot club SASSY.
