Nadmotławie 138 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a couple or a 2+1 family. Although compact, the apartment is 30m2 and will meet the demands of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished. The apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, a SMART TV and a sofa bed opposite. In this well-planned space there is room for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Meal preparation is possible in the fully equipped kitchenette, which contains everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a fairly large balcony, from which you can see the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River.
Apartment Nadmotławie 138 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk away. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.
A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
