The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel-level standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, a nicely scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. The stay is also enhanced for our Guests by a welcome pack in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 144 is a top-tier apartment. It is finished according to the latest trends and using the highest-quality materials. Despite its modest size, the apartment surprises at every turn. The space is enhanced by ceilings over 3 metres high. The kitchenette is optimally equipped. It has everything needed for a several-day stay for two people. The bed is large and very comfortable. Both of these areas are equipped with SMART TVs. The bathroom is bold and made of high-quality materials. An essential feature is air conditioning. The most important part of the apartment, however, is the TERRACE. The terrace is prepared for a meeting of a small group of friends or family. Comfortable armchairs, pouffes and a soft rug are its main furnishings. Even so, the greatest asset of the terrace is the view — the view of the Old Town, the Ferris wheel and the neighbouring buildings, which appeals to everyone.
The apartment Nadmotławie 144 is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalisation, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
