Nadmotławie 71 is a cozy studio that blends modern elegance with full functionality and is an ideal space both for a romantic getaway for two and for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Thanks to carefully chosen details, warm tones and modern finishes, the apartment promotes relaxation and comfort, and its space has been designed with maximum guest comfort in mind and is intended for up to three adults.

• In the sleeping area there is a comfortable double bed and a small pull-out sofa, which can serve as an additional sleeping place or a spot to relax during the day. Large windows with access to the balcony let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the space all day long. 
  
  
• Kitchenette in a modern style combines matte black fronts with wooden elements and is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. Guests have at their disposal a hob, electric kettle, a set of pots, dishes and kitchen utensils, making the kitchen a practical and convenient place for cooking. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices.
  
  
• Bathroom is furnished in light, minimalist tones using wood-effect tiles that warm the space and give it an elegant character. Guests have at their disposal a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and a washing machine to make longer stays easier. For guests hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared.
  
  
• An additional advantage of the apartment is the balcony, which is an excellent place for a morning coffee or a moment of respite after a day full of experiences.

LOCATION

The apartment Nadmotławie 71 is located in a modern residential building put into use in December 2020. It is situated just next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area of the apartment is indeed only beginning its revitalization period, however despite that on the way to the Old Town we will constantly be accompanied by view of the river, the yacht marina or the tenement houses of the Old Town.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

A great advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, gym and a paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
