The Nadmotławie B27 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area's revitalization has only just begun, but even so, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings.

A great advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
