The apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in 2023. It is situated right next to Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located just next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and an additional paid sauna.
