Despite its compact size, the apartment is 30m2 and will meet the expectations of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished. The layout ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, SMART TV and a fold-out sofa opposite. In this well-planned space there is room for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a sizeable balcony, from which you can see the Old Town and the Motława River.
Apartment Nadmotławie 140 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. From the Old Town the apartment is only a few minutes' walk. The area is only beginning its revitalisation, however on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also permits cars fitted with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
