The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Nadmotławie 30 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family 2+1 or a couple. Despite its small size, the apartment is 27m2 and will comfortably accommodate even 3 people. The layout of the flat ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide, right next to a TV, and in front of it a small sofa bed. In this compact space there is room for a small bar, which will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. Additional space is provided by a balcony.
The Nadmotławie 30 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area is only beginning its revitalization, but even so on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina or the Old Town's tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's shared area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
