The Nadmotławie 118 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in grudniu 2020 roku. It is located right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by the views of the river, the yacht marina or the Old Town tenement houses.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
