Although the apartment is compact — it measures 37m2 — it will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. A living room with a seating area and a sofa bed, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette that allows you to prepare any meal. Of course there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a balcony - the ideal place for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotłwie 75 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a nmodern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalisation, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry to cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
