The apartment layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed, opposite which is a SMART TV of appropriate size. In this compact space there is room for a table with chairs, which will provide comfort during a morning breakfast. Meal preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a stay of several days. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a balcony.

The Nadmotławie 134 apartment is located on the top, 5th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability unfortunately is not guaranteed.  The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
