The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a lightly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. We also make our guests' stay more pleasant with a welcome pack including a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Grano Residence 1 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. The unusually spacious 43-square meters guarantee a successful stay for two and up to four people. It offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, a workspace and a roomy wardrobe, a pleasant living room with a sofa bed, TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course there is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Additional space is provided by a terrace.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel development. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a pool, a gym and a massage area. Use of it is subject to an additional fee and dependent on availability.
The building is located on Granaries Island (Wyspa Spichrzów) in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, river access and proximity to the Old Town are immediate neighbors of the building.
Due to construction works near the building, some apartments may be affected by noise. We apologize for the inconvenience.
