In addition, a mandatory toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic seasonings.
Nadmotławie 13 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. The apartment, despite its small size — it is 30m2 — will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite it a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa (dimensions 100x170cm). In this compact space there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during a morning breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, in which you will find everything needed for a stay of several days.
The Nadmotławie 13 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will nevertheless be constantly accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — which consists of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
