Nadmotławie C25 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or for a family with a child. Although modest in size, the apartment is 35m2 and will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed, opposite which there is a SMART TV and a fold-out sofa. In this compact space there is room for a table with four chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast and any other meal. Food preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. Of course there is a bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The Nadmotławie C25 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town tenement houses.
A major advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
