The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Our guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic condiments.
Nadmotławie Estate 197 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is intended for a maximum of 6 adults.
In the living room you will find a sofa bed and a TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare a meal. The apartment includes two separate bedrooms. Each of them contains a large double bed. Of course there is also a bathroom with a toilet, a shower as well as a washing machine and a dryer.
Two pleasant balconies will be the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment is located in a modern residential building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky Ferris wheel located right next door on the island of Ołowianka. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom and a sauna available for an additional fee.
