ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment is furnished in a modern style with warm, natural accents that create a cozy and harmonious space. Bright interiors, wooden floors and a subdued color palette promote relaxation and a feeling of home comfort. The apartment is intended for a maximum of 4 guests.

• Spacious living room with a large balcony window is the heart of the apartment. There is a fold-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping place. Opposite it a television is placed on an elegant wooden cabinet. A modern coffee table and accessories, such as wall art, give the interior a cozy character.

• From the living room you can step out onto the balcony, which provides additional space to relax. It's the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening rest in the fresh air.

• Kitchenette is fully equipped, including a induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. Light cabinet fronts and city-themed motifs on the wall tiles give it a modern look. Next to the kitchen there is a dining table with four chairs, creating a comfortable place for meals. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic condiments has been prepared.

• Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with a soft headboard and two bedside tables with lamps. The interior is completed by a spacious, modern wardrobe that will hold all necessary items. A large window provides natural light and a view of the surrounding buildings.

• Bathroom is finished in shades of gray and white. Guests have at their disposal a spacious walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a modern sink with a large mirror and a toilet. The room also includes a washing machine and a hairdryer, making the bathroom exceptionally functional.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the banks of the Motława River. The building offers access to a SPA area, which includes: a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Use of the amenities is subject to availability.

We kindly inform you that it is not recommended to use the SPA area until April 30, 2026.
