The Nadmotławie A39 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Use of this area is included in the apartment price.
