The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk's popular attractions — the World War II Museum. In the neighborhood, there are many restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area consisting of a children's playroom, gym, workspaces, and a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Access to these additional areas is included in the apartment price.
