Grano Residence 64 is a stylish, comfortable, well-equipped apartment located on the border of Gdańsk's Old Town. Its distinguishing feature, apart from stylish finishing, is the above-average view from the windows of the Motława River. 42 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for two and up to four people. A cozy bedroom with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a workspace, a pleasant living room connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is a balcony - the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in late 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Access is additionally charged and subject to availability.

The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right at the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are the immediate surroundings of the building.
