The Nadmotławie 10 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, we will be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town all the way to the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a sauna, gym, and children's playroom. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
