Nadmotławie 102 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. The apartment, despite its small size of 28m2, will meet the needs of the most discerning guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. Comfortable double bed, opposite it SMART TV and a fold-out sofa. In this small space, there was room for a table with chairs, which will easily provide comfort during breakfast and any other meal. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation, where you will find everything needed for a several-day stay. 

The apartment Nadmotławie 102 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in immediate proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town will constantly accompany you on the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a 地下停车场, which allows the entry of vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The parking garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
