Nadmotławie 126 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. The apartment, despite its small size of 28m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is fully air-conditioned and comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed (or two single beds), next to it a SMART TV and a sofa bed opposite. In this small space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which will easily provide comfort during the morning breakfast and any other meal. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for cooking, containing everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is provided by a sizable balcony, from which the famous Gdańsk Shipyard cranes and the Motława River can be seen.

The apartment Nadmotławie 126 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. While the area is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us along the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the area is included in the apartment price.

The building is also equipped with a subterranean garage hall which accommodates vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage hall also allows access for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
