Nadmotławie 139 is the ideal choice for a very romantic weekend in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size, it has 30m2 and meets the requirements of the most discerning. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A fold-out sofa, opposite it, a SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs that will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast and any other meal. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for cooking, where you will find everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is provided by a large balkon connected to an English garden. The balcony is equipped with balcony furniture.

The Nadmotławie 139 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, however, on the way to the Old Town, we will continuously be accompanied by the view of the river, marina, and the tenements of the Old Town. An enormous advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage that allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
