Nadmotławie 147 is the perfect choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 29m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is stylishly decorated, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, right across from a large SMART TV and a small sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which will comfortably accommodate you during breakfast or any other meal. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for food preparation and contains everything needed for a stay of several days. An additional space is provided by a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.
The apartment Nadmotławie 147 is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization process, on the way to the Old Town we will continuously be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town.
A significant advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG systems. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
