Downtown Apartments is an ideal combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory cosmetic set consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 4 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 3 people. Our apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding Guests. The living room is equipped with a large double bed, a comfortable, fold-out single sofa and a SMART TV. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment Nadmotławie 4 is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, and the Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. Although the neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, and tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us on the way to the Old Town.
A significant advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - which includes a playroom for children, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a subterranean garage that allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
