Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests can also enjoy a welcome kit in the form of a packet of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 61 is a pleasant studio that combines functionality with elegant decor. It's the perfect place for both a romantic getaway and a comfortable stay in the city. Thanks to carefully selected accessories and modern decor, it creates ideal conditions for relaxation and regeneration. Designed for up to 3 adults.
The interior has been designed with the comfort of our guests in mind. There is a spacious double bed that ensures a peaceful sleep, as well as a small sofa bed, perfect for relaxing during the day. The kitchenette is fully equipped, allowing for the preparation of favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. In the bathroom, guests have access to a shower and toilet, providing comfort and privacy.
An additional advantage of the apartment is the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day full of experiences.
The Nadmotławie 61 apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the vicinity of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the journey to the Old Town will be continuously accompanied by a view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with a subterranean garage that allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
