Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, gently scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie 79 is the ideal choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning. It is stylishly decorated, and the layout of the apartment ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable double bed sits directly opposite a large SMART TV. This compact space also includes a table that easily accommodates a comfortable breakfast or any other meal. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation, providing everything needed for a short or longer stay. A separate room features a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is the balcony equipped with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and evening drinks. 

The Nadmotławie 79 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. While the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, or the buildings of the Old Town will accompany us on the way to the Old Town.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, aside from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing access for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed.  The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
