Nadmotławie 86 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. The apartment is air-conditioned and its area is 42m2. It includes a pleasant bedroom furnished with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a television, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is, of course, a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is provided by a balcony - ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment Nadmotławie 86 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just starting its revitalization period, along the way to the Old Town, we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage, allowing access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accommodates cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a place in the garage is 5zl/hour, 40zl/day.
