Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances our Guests' stay.

Nadmotławie C1 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a maximum 4-person group. The apartment has 37m2. It consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room with a fold-out sofa, television, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

The Nadmotławie C1 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us on our way to the Old Town.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accommodates cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
