Nadmotławie C15 is an ideal choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a maximum of 4-person family. The apartment, despite its small size of 37m2, will meet the demands of everyone. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A bright bedroom equipped with a double bed. A living room connected to a kitchenette. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower.

An additional space is provided by a large balcony — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. 

The Nadmotławie C15 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building opened for use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The surrounding area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, however, throughout the walk to the Old Town, we will continuously be accompanied by the sight of the river, the marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town. A significant advantage of the building, aside from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spots in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
