Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also welcomed with a set of complimentary teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie C21 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. The apartment has 40m2. It consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, television, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is provided by the balcony.
The Nadmotławie C21 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization process, the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town will accompany us during the walk to the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — which includes a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG systems. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
