The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and essential spices.

Nadmotławie C33 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family with a child. The apartment, despite its small size of 36m2, meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. There is a comfortable bed, in front of it a sofa with a sleeping function and a SMART TV. In this small space, there is also room for a bar with chairs, which easily ensures comfort during breakfast. Preparing meals is possible thanks to a fully equipped kitchenette, which contains everything needed for a several-day stay. An additional space is the balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.

The Nadmotławie C33 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building opened in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, yacht marina, and tenement houses of the Old Town will continuously accompany us on the way to the Old Town. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and sauna. Access to the zone is included in the apartment price. 

The building is also equipped with a subterranean parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with an LPG system. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zl/hour, 40zl/day.
