Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests’ stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Waterlane SPA E31 is definitely a standout apartment. It’s not just about its size (as much as 180m2). The biggest highlight is the style, equipment, and quality of finish. A huge asset is also the view from the top, 6th floor directly overlooking the Motława River and further in the background the historic Old Town. The apartment, which accommodates a maximum of 7 people, consists of four bedrooms, two of which have dedicated bathrooms, a large living room combined with a very well-equipped kitchenette and dining area, and a toilet. Additional space is provided by a spacious terrace.
A few floors below the apartment is the SPA zone consisting of a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym, access to which is included in the price of the apartment. Availability depends on the number of available spots.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tons and dimensions not exceeding 1.9 m in height.
Detailed instructions with the number and exact dimensions of the space are included in the offer and the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will result in the need to call a service, which will incur an additional fee.
Waterlane is one of the most popular apartment buildings in Gdańsk. It is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town. All the most important attractions of Gdańsk are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. On the ground floor of the building, you will find restaurants, a cafe, and a grocery store.
