The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in 2022. The building is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, right next to the Motława River and one of Gdańsk's more popular attractions — the Museum of the Second World War. The area has many restaurants, cafés and a grocery store.

A huge advantage of the building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the communal area of the building consisting of a children's playroom, gym, co-working spaces and a roof terrace with a breathtaking view of the river and the Gdańsk Shipyard. Use of the additional areas is included in the apartment price.
