The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel standards and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow‑white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, an essential toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Guests' stays are also made nicer by a welcome pack consisting of a selection of teas, coffee and basic condiments.

Nadmotławie C1 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a maximum 4‑person group. The apartment is 37m2. It comprises a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is, of course, a bathroom with a shower.

The Nadmotławie C1 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Although the area around the apartment is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will continually enjoy views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's tenement houses.

A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's communal area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additional paid sauna.

The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also permits cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately beyond our control. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
