Nadmotławie 147 is the ideal choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two. Although the apartment is modest in size — 29 m² — it will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout ensures everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, directly opposite a large SMART TV and a small sofa. In this compact space there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during breakfast or any other meal. Food preparation is possible in a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. Additional space is provided by a balcony furnished with comfortable furniture.
The Nadmotławie 147 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's townhouses.
A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres. The garage also permits entry for cars fitted with an LPG system. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a parking space is PLN 5/hour, PLN 40/day.
