Nadmotławie 86 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. The apartment is air-conditioned and its area is 42m2. It includes a comfortable bedroom equipped with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is, of course, a bathroom with a shower. Additional space is provided by a balcony — the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 86 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is only beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by views of the river, the yacht marina and the Old Town's historic buildings.
A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and an additionally paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows cars equipped with LPG systems to enter. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
