Apartments Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel-class standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory toiletries set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Guests' stay is also made more pleasant by a welcome pack in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Waterlane SPA E31 is a truly distinctive apartment. It's not just about its size (as much as 180m2). The biggest distinguishing features are the style, furnishings and quality of finish. A huge asset is also the view from the top, 5th floor looking directly onto the Motława River and, in the distance, the historic Old Town. The apartment, which is intended for a maximum of 7 people, consists of four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, a large living room connected to a very well-equipped kitchenette and a dining area, and a toilet. Additional space includes a sizable terrace.
Several floors below the apartment there is a SPA area consisting of a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym, the use of which is included in the apartment price. Availability depends on the number of places available.
Please be advised that use of the SPA area is not recommended until April 30, 2026.
The apartment includes a parking space in the garage. The parking space is intended for a vehicle with a maximum weight of 2 tonnes and dimensions not exceeding 1.9 m in height.
Detailed instructions, including the number and exact dimensions of the space, can be found in the offer and in the check-in instructions sent on the day of arrival. Improper parking will require calling a service, which will incur an additional fee.
Waterlane is one of the most popular apartment buildings in Gdańsk. It is located in a very prestigious location, right next to the historic Old Town. All of Gdańsk's main attractions are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. On the ground floor of the building you will find restaurants, a café and a grocery store.
